We are a family owned business that is small enough to give you personalized attention yet large enough to provide cutting edge techniques and equipment backed by strong training for all of our inspections. At 1CallDone...We have completed many different types of home inspections, from Infrared to mold. Every inch of the property is inspected including all structural, electrical, air conditioning system and plumbing. We will notify the client of any item that is needing attention. Our report provides both quality digital pictures as well as pictures taken by our infrared camera in an easy to follow format. Infrared pictures are overlayed on color photos so you know where they come from.
With more than two decades experience, we have the ability to provide you with an honest, objective and thorough inspection and report. From the first contact with us through the inspection, delivery and explanation of your report, you will experience the ultimate in professionalism.
